"Great customer service " The customer service was great i was very satisfied and happy with my service and the way I was treated! I will always come back there
"Quick fix to an emergency." Fit me in quickly during very busy time. Quickly diagnosed problem and got me into service bay almost immediately. Will be back soon for normal service.
"Nice work on my car" This was my first time at this dealership. The dealership I originally go to I moved away from. The employees were nice. The place was clean. I liked the free drinks and snacks. I was in and out much quicker then I expected considering they were so busy. I just went in for an oil change and a check up. They noticed I had a recall and fixed it as well. I will go back next time.
"Consistently great customer service!" I've been having my Rogue serviced at Nissan of North Olmsted for a few years now and I consistently get great customer service. I have had occasion to drop in with an issue and it is usually handled on the spot. It's a great team in the service department and the follow up is exemplary.
