"It's worth the visit!" Our salesman, Steve Samenuk, was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't pressure my daughter-in-law or me into buying or leasing and he provided us with or he got answers for all of the questions that we asked. He seemed to be genuinely interested in getting us the best deal that we were eligible for. Likewise, Sales Manager Lane Arndt readily provided his personal assistance whenever we requested. "5 star experience" Recently needed to make an unexpected new car purchase because mine had major engine failure. Stopped in many dealers along Lorain Road and Nissan cleary had the best sales team, choice of vehicles and price. I literally stood inside other dealerships for as long as 10 minutes without being recognized.
"Service experience " Professional top flight customer experience. Courteous and efficient service department who clearly explain repairs and associated costs. Repairs done correctly on time and on budget.

"Quick fix to an emergency." Fit me in quickly during very busy time. Quickly diagnosed problem and got me into service bay almost immediately. Will be back soon for normal service.
"Nice work on my car" This was my first time at this dealership. The dealership I originally go to I moved away from. The employees were nice. The place was clean. I liked the free drinks and snacks. I was in and out much quicker then I expected considering they were so busy. I just went in for an oil change and a check up. They noticed I had a recall and fixed it as well. I will go back next time.
