"Awesome the main reason i buy is the service dept" I have purchased my last 3 altimas at the n olmsted dealership because i love the service dept and the staff they are always friendly quick and never try to oversell
"Awsome" Went to look for new car. The Matt was great. There was no pressure to buy. Buy a few hours later had my new Altima.
"Oil Change" I had a walk in oil change and tire rotation. The service was completed in about 30 min. and my car was washed. Very courteous staff.
"great service" Bought a used Honda Odyssey from Nissan of North Olmsted~and had to bring it back for some work promised at time of purchase~not only was work done that was promised but they went above and beyond and fixed my air-conditioning that was found to be not working~can't say enough about this service dept~this is the service you should expect for all dealerships~Well done Nissan of North Olmsted~I will be back!
"Easy and fast" It was a fast and easy experience. I knew what I wanted and at what price. While I couldn’t get the exact price I wanted they worked with me till I was happy.
"My 4th Nissan" I am on my 4th Nissan. I love this dealership! David Long not only helped me get the car I wanted, he helped me with my phone and showed me some cool stuff on my phone. Kelly in finance was very nice and fun to talk to. I have always been greeted with smiles and eagerness to help here.
"Ask for Brad Baron," Salesman was exceptional. Dealership and all personnel we dealt with were exceptional as well. Easiest and least time consuming Experience we EVER had at any dealership!
"Another new rogue " Sales man Nick T was great and very thorough! Bought my second Rogue! Love it! Came back because of the service dept never feel intimidated.
"Fantastic customer service" The staff at Nissan of North Olmsted are wonderful! Always welcoming & answer any question you may have. Very nice atmosphere & always offer a drink while we wait for car to be done.
