Mike and his team including Gino, Lane, Kelly, Todd, Danny, and Brad are like family to me after 11 cars. There are big reasons why I keep coming back. They just make it easy. It is nice to go to a place where I feel like things just fall into place every time!
Service crew are proactive and do a great job explaining required work. They are generally happy to be there and appear honest. I have little regard for the sales team. Do you really need them? What exactly do they do? Push paper? A trained xxxxxx can do that. I believe they are a waste of capital. Let them go and lower the car prices. It’s a win win for Nissan and the customer.
