Nissan service associates have aaaaallllllways been super. They're all really nice people who work extremely well together. Fun, efficient and knowledgeable. I never dread servicing my vehicle.
Best service department. Used coupon to have Titan inspected and serviced before our trip to Arizona. Saved money and the exhaust noise was fixed, just a loose bolt.
Took car in that was having transmission issues, at least that's what I thought! It was some kind of wheel hub that made it seem like a transmission issue. The guys all three of them were great as they always are! I usually deal with Cory but this time although he was there I worked with Steve( I think that was his name) again was great. They never try to have things fixed that don't need to be done right then. Commonly you will here then say we can do it next time it's good for now! Marty was amazing, he call me about a promotion they were having and ask me want I wanted in my new vehicle before I came in and had everything ready so I didn't have to spend a lot of time at the dealership. It truly was an amazing experience!!! Thank you Marty !!!
