I was buying my first new car, so the endeavor is something new for me, but Mike D'Amato and his team did a great job of not making me feel pressured to purchase. They gave me all of the pros and cons for buying a vehicle and even though I didn't buy the first time in, they were happy to see me a few days later ready to make a purchase. His team was OUTSTANDING in their coverage of the cars and they were all looking to get me the deal I wanted. It was an awesome experience.

I went to the Nissan north Olmsted to simply look and compare the Nissan Frontier pickup to the Toyota Takoma pickup. I found the Nissan truck to be a hands down winner over the Takoma. Higher ride, stronger suspensions and more of a truck feel. Brad explained why it was a good idea to lease and keep my money where it could do me some good. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable, process was quick and seamless. This was an out of state sale but it was handled without a glitch! The salesman even came in on his day off!

Service does not lie and they seek what is best for the client. They make money for repairs, but they honestly told me, not to do it. You need to get another car.
