Our sales person Dawn did an exceptional job of listening to our needs and where our price point needed to be. She did an awesome job for us and although we weren't expecting to do a deal that day we did. We also liked the no pressure at the dealership. Great experience.
I has an appointment for 8:00 AM for a check on a possible wheel bearing repair that was only going to be maybe about an hour, but instead it was going to be both wheels. They gave me a loaner and said come back later at 1:30 it will be done-it was done and washed. Did what they said and more. Very please with the service so far.
It was a pleasure to do business with Nissan. Brad was great. Everything went smooth. No problems, it was actually fun. Customer service was great.
