Great visit. only area requiring attention was the finance section, as it took unusually long to consummate the process. Repeat buyer so everything else was straightforward in a sense.

I was buying my first new car, so the endeavor is something new for me, but Mike D'Amato and his team did a great job of not making me feel pressured to purchase. They gave me all of the pros and cons for buying a vehicle and even though I didn't buy the first time in, they were happy to see me a few days later ready to make a purchase. His team was OUTSTANDING in their coverage of the cars and they were all looking to get me the deal I wanted. It was an awesome experience.

My experience was painless and quick. I stated what I was willing to pay for and we did not have to debate. I did not feel pressured. Kelly is very organized and the paperwork was a breeze. Steve was very helpful with the gadgets.
I went to the Nissan north Olmsted to simply look and compare the Nissan Frontier pickup to the Toyota Takoma pickup. I found the Nissan truck to be a hands down winner over the Takoma. Higher ride, stronger suspensions and more of a truck feel. Brad explained why it was a good idea to lease and keep my money where it could do me some good.
