I'm in my second 39-month lease of an Altima from Nissan of N. Olmsted. I am a satisfied customer. In recently stopped in for a problem with my car phone which was resolved in a few minutes by a salesman who showed me a lot of things about my car phone I did not know. Kevin as an excellent teacher.
There is no question that this was the best experience I have had at a dealership. Pam was exceptional and was able to schedule my service and a car wash within an hour. What a great job.

We originally came in to find out our options upon the end of my wife's lease, and ended up working out 90% of our deal the same day, and came back the next day to complete the deal to our satisfaction. Not once was I even close to walking away from the deal, love this dealership.
