"Outstanding!!" I had a problem with tire losing air..and Brooke suggested checking out the tire and it was found to be losing air at the rim...in no time it was taken care of and I was on my way!!! The best service anywhere,and thanks for the friendly Brooke,you are the best!
"oil change" This was my second oil change here and both were very fast and efficient. I would definitely go here again. Fastest oil change I have ever experienced
"Exceptional service ... ONCE AGAIN" Nissan of North Olmsted sets the standard for exceptional service! They really go above & beyond and have kept me & my family as customers for nine vehicles!!
"Above and beyond" The service department personnel (desk and technical) were professional, friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the front radar unit that was intermittently quitting and thereby not allowing the cruise control to function. So happy to have that working for my drive back to Florida.
"Another great experience!" My car had a bad sensor. I called on a Thursday and they were able to get me in as soon as Friday. I accepted a Monday appointment. Dropped off my car before work on Monday, they called mid afternoon and I picked it up after work. Couldn't have been easier and it was still under warrenty (even better)
"Exceeded Expectation" Brad Baron is an excellent listener. He helped me navigate the process from Lease to Own. This was new territory for me. He took the time, & was considerate of what would work best explaining various suitable options. He quickly and expertly located a beautiful Pearl White Rogue with nice upgrades I could not have found on my own. Overall rating is excellent.
"Always good service!" Service was great and they replaced the sensor that was driving me nuts. Didn't wait too long and caught an episode of "fixer upper". All was good! Brooke was very nice and friendly!
