"Another great experience!" My car had a bad sensor. I called on a Thursday and they were able to get me in as soon as Friday. I accepted a Monday appointment. Dropped off my car before work on Monday, they called mid afternoon and I picked it up after work. Couldn't have been easier and it was still under warrenty (even better)
"Exceeded Expectation" Brad Baron is an excellent listener. He helped me navigate the process from Lease to Own. This was new territory for me. He took the time, & was considerate of what would work best explaining various suitable options. He quickly and expertly located a beautiful Pearl White Rogue with nice upgrades I could not have found on my own. Overall rating is excellent.
"Always good service!" Service was great and they replaced the sensor that was driving me nuts. Didn't wait too long and caught an episode of "fixer upper". All was good! Brooke was very nice and friendly!

"Fantastic Experience !!!" Jason was really helpful. An oil change turned into tires, brakes, air filters. Jason took the time to go over everything with me. He took the time to show me tires and compared them. Allowing me to make an informed decision. Service took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, explaining sooner rather than later was better; especially when it comes to brakes! i would definitely recommend NIssan of North Olmsted. They are friendly, helpful and really do care about their customers!
