"Great Place to buy a car" There was no high pressure sales , I felt very comfortable with the sale process, The salesman answered all my Questions so I could understand . "Service specials could be more user friendly. " I brought car in for 45k Miles maintenance. I wrongly assumed a special on oil change/tire rotation had been applied. When I called the next day to complain, i was given a free oil change/tire rotation for next time I come in. That’s why I gave 5 stars. I think available specials should be offered, and not on a don’t ask- don’t tell basis.
"Great Customer Service" Matt Fowler was very helpful and friendly. The process of re-leasing was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend Matt to friends/family looking to lease or buy a Nissan.
"Very good experience " Very good experience, no pushy salespeople, Ben Thurstone, was our salesman, he answered our questions and he didn’t have the answer, he went and found out. We test drove several models, there were plenty of cars on your lot with the features we wanted. No hard sell from any one we spoke with, just a good experience.
