"Service " At my last oil change I was told I needed brakes. I forgot about it until I realized I was about to drive my family through the mountains on vacation. They got me in right away and I got my new brakes. I was able to drop it off the night before and while the service department was very busy when I came to pick up my car, everyone was friendly, as usual, and I got out of there quickly.

"New car purchase " Everyone was friendly and helpful. The buying process was quick and there wasn’t any type of pressure. I thought it was very nice and customer service oriented when the prep guys offered to give a hand moving items from my old vehicle or to get boxes for me. All of it was offered without me even hinting that I needed assistance. I will definitely recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle or service.

"Great Service and a caring Service Manager" The Service Manager, Michael DiChiro, is a great service manager. He did a great job taking care of my concerns and taking care of my car. He even went out of his way to search for a cheaper option to help with the repair I was going to be faced with. I would highly recommend Nissan of North Olmsted for all Nissan specific service needs.
