"Friendly people" This was my first service visit to your business. Over the last 10 years I've worked with Sunnyside Toyota and Modern Nissan of Lake Norman (Charlotte, NC area). Both of these dealerships had more spacious waiting rooms for their customers. The difference was significant from my perspective. I prefer to wait for my car and do work while I wait. "Appt for front brakes on Nissan Altima." Called Brooke on a Sat and she was able to get us in right away for front brakes on our car. Explained why we need to get the brakes done at the dealership. "Next Lease" The lease was up on my Rogue and it was time to look at something new. This was one of the easiest experiences we have had. I let Steve know what I was looking for and how much more I was willing to spend and he made it work for me. Everything was smooth and easy. I absolutely love my new Rogue and the money was well within the budget I gave. Finance literally took 5 minutes. Quick and easy and out the door.
