"Sensational customer satisfaction" Nissan if North Olmsted always exceeds my expectations on all area. My salesman Brad went above and beyond to assist in getting the right vehicle for me.
"Mike D'Amato and his team are the best!" Mike D'Amato and his team are the best. The customer is king at Nissan of North Olmsted. Honesty with their customers set them apart. I have complete confidence that I am getting the very best service and I am never "upsold" into buying something I don't need. They get the job done right and always on the first visit. As I said above, they are the best.
"Excellent experience when buying a new car" My salesman, Gino Chupa, was great. He explained everything and was very understanding of my situation. This is my second new Nissan from this dealership and I will definitely return here for my third.
"TCB!! " Walked into the Service Department and taken care of immediately. Wait time was no more than 20 minutes. Asked if I wanted snacks and/or water. Did I want the car washed after service was done. Clean environment in Service Department. No issues here. Great job!

Since then, I have recommended them to friends that are now their customers too. All my Service visits have been great. In and out quickly, with friendy, professional care. They always follow up after a service visit to make sure the experience was positive. I highly recommend this dealership.
"Great Service" Brook and Jason know what customer service means. They provide excellent advice, quick feedback and are personable even when the service area is deluged with customers. Sales team is okay even though Nissan’s brand vehicles sell themselves.
