"Always Amazing" I can always count on an Amazing experience when I visit the Nissan of North Olmsted's service department. Two thumbs on each visit! I have never worked with such a great crew.
"Great experience, superior customer service" Matt Fowler is kind & professional, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole process, explained things in details, and went over all the options available.
"Superior customer interaction." Great service all around. Our lease was coming up on my 2016 Rogue and we decided to purchase it. Kelly had all the paperwork ready for us so it was an efficient and quick process.
"Efficient" Made an appointment so Brad knew I was coming in. Our family has gotten many cars from Brad so he knows what we like. In and out in less than an hour and a half! That is what I call SERVICE! Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!
