"Software Update" Dreaded receiving a recall and software update notice in the mail. Called the dealership and they were able to book a next day appointment for the earliest available. Karly Nielson greeted me after pulling into the service station, confirmed my reservation, and clearly explained the services they were going to complete was going to take up to 2 hours which I expected. "There was some doubt about whether my car was still under..." There was some doubt about whether my car was still under warranty. José Marmoleyo called Nissan and all repairs (less $100 deductible) were covered. Mike brought me home during the 5 hour service. We shared an interesting conversation about England and Grand Prix racing. Not the painful experience I'd been dreading.
"Great experience" Everything is always great. Quick service and wonderful customer service. Mike Bessone was an excellent service advisor. Nissan of Sacramento is my goto dealership. They always take great care of my cars!

"Excellent Service, friendly staff" I'm a Nissan fan, I like the quality and dependability of the cars, plus they look great! The reason I continue to choose Nissan of Sacramento though is the people. Today's experience with Karly was a great example. Fast, friendly, and answered my questions. "Quick oil change" Pretty decent. Even got free shuttle service. Driver was excellent. The advisor was also amazing, recommended useful maintenance necessities which wold need to be done on m car soon. Plus, got a free car wash and vacuum.
