"Great service experience " Nissan of Sacramento service department is fantastic. From my service adviser (Drew Poppler) to my shuttle drive Mike Bessone and the ladies at check out were all top notch professionals. I felt 100 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation was a little egregious, but still highly recommend Nissan of Sacramento Service Department.

"Sacramento Nissan is one Busy place!" Overall the experience with the service and parts department is pretty good. Only one time I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told to called back in fifteen. Owning a business myself, I would never tell a customer to call back in fifteen minutes.
