"Did it just right" Service writer was thorough and pleasant and knew her stuff. Upon leaving, one of the people outside let me know that my car was about to be washed and did I mind waiting. Gave me the opportunity to explain that I'd had a clear bra installed recently and that it should not go through a power wash. Two employees hand washed it and brought it around. They wouldn't take a tip, either.
