"Sacramento Nissan is one Busy place!" Overall the experience with the service and parts department is pretty good. Only one time I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told to called back in fifteen. Owning a business myself, I would never tell a customer to call back in fifteen minutes. "Software Update" Dreaded receiving a recall and software update notice in the mail. Called the dealership and they were able to book a next day appointment for the earliest available. Karly Nielson greeted me after pulling into the service station, confirmed my reservation, and clearly explained the services they were going to complete was going to take up to 2 hours which I expected.
