"There was some doubt about whether my car was still under..." There was some doubt about whether my car was still under warranty. José Marmoleyo called Nissan and all repairs (less $100 deductible) were covered. Mike brought me home during the 5 hour service. We shared an interesting conversation about England and Grand Prix racing. Not the painful experience I'd been dreading.
"Excellent Service, friendly staff" I'm a Nissan fan, I like the quality and dependability of the cars, plus they look great! The reason I continue to choose Nissan of Sacramento though is the people. Today's experience with Karly was a great example. Fast, friendly, and answered my questions. Even better. instead of pushing unneeded services, I was advised on what was needed. I'm a big fan and will certainly tell my friends and family to choose Nissan of Sacramento.

"Quick oil change" Pretty decent. Even got free shuttle service. Driver was excellent. The advisor was also amazing, recommended useful maintenance necessities which wold need to be done on m car soon. Plus, got a free car wash and vacuum.

"Joseph Sandridge is the man! My Maxima got a flat tire..." Joseph Sandridge is the man! My Maxima got a flat tire yesterday afternoon. I had purchased tires from Joey a while back and he hooked me up with 2 year road hazard protection, so he was able to replace the tire for only the cost of labor! He had it done the same day and was able to get my oil changed quickly as well!

Shuttle driver Mike Bessone provides us excellent service. 5 stars for his driving skills and courtesy . Service advisor Valerie Lee /R816 is also very polite and nice.
