"Software Update" Dreaded receiving a recall and software update notice in the mail. Called the dealership and they were able to book a next day appointment for the earliest available. Karly Nielson greeted me after pulling into the service station, confirmed my reservation, and clearly explained the services they were going to complete was going to take up to 2 hours which I expected. "Great Experience " Everything was so easy. I dropped off my car and they took me work. Mike was very friendly and good conversation. When my car was done they came and picked me up. Everyone was very nice and was able to get me in and out and back to work. Thank you everyone.

"There was some doubt about whether my car was still under..." There was some doubt about whether my car was still under warranty. José Marmoleyo called Nissan and all repairs (less $100 deductible) were covered. Mike brought me home during the 5 hour service. We shared an interesting conversation about England and Grand Prix racing. Not the painful experience I'd been dreading.

The reason I continue to choose Nissan of Sacramento though is the people. Today's experience with Karly was a great example. Fast, friendly, and answered my questions. Even better. instead of pushing unneeded services, I was advised on what was needed. I'm a big fan and will certainly tell my friends and family to choose Nissan of Sacramento.
"Quick oil change" Pretty decent. Even got free shuttle service. Driver was excellent. The advisor was also amazing, recommended useful maintenance necessities which wold need to be done on m car soon. Plus, got a free car wash and vacuum.
