My last service was not the greatest experience. All other times prior it had been great. It seemed once I didn’t agree to the 6k additional repairs recommended - my service tech did not bother to communicate further with me. Not even a courtesy call that my car was ready and should be picked up by 5pm! Not even windshield fluid was added. Figured after spending $1600 hundred dollars on service that was just supposed to be an oil change and the ac to be looked at, I figured windshield fluid is one of the items that’s always ... read more

No waiting at all once we pulled up the waiting line ! Our service advisor Chris came up right away to welcome us ! He had us out of the facility about twenty mins !
