I had an easy time dealing with the service center. The work that was done on the vehicle was explained properly and clearly. The time table that was given was honored and got my car back when they said I would. Chris was very helpful during the process and I did appreciate the video which was sent to me of my car.

Jimmy is incredible! He's very helpful, honest, and always keeps me updated on what work I need to get done to keep my 14 year car running at its best! I'd also like to share that he informed me that my maintenance plan was ending soon. No one had ever told me my plan had an expiration date. He's thorough, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Jimmy is great! I highly recommend him.
