The service department provided great service, and I also had a positive experience with the sales department. However, my experience with the finance department was very disappointing. Despite receiving an amazing deal from Torrance Nissan, my experience was almost ruined by Lily Bandea. Torrance Nissan is top notch. I called to set up a recall repair appointment .Service receptionist verified that the parts needed were available and told me to come in the next day. Very professional and convenient. Richard Burns in service had the recall repair done quicker than I expected and communicated with me thru out the process.
