For me the face of the dealership was Jimmy. He did you proud. He answered all my questions. He only suggested what needed to be done (I came in for the rear camera recall on my 2021 Leaf) because I only have 2950 miles on it. When I asked how far away the mall was he even offered to take me there. In the past I have felt that I was taken advantage of because I was an older female.
