Each time I'd come in for an oil change or service, he remembered me and we talked. I look forwarded to doing my next purchase with Charlie! I'll be in as soon as you guys get a used Jeep Grand Cherokee!:)

Really enjoyed the service here. Salesperson Shahin was very friendly and transparent with everything and made my wife and I comfortable. The dealership is a bit small but the did have a large variety of vehicles to choose from and the staff was super sweet. We were nervous going into finance because of a previous bad experience but the finance manager was equally as good. Thank you
Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.
Bottom line your bland and tired employees need a vacation Chris is dry as the desert and what service center doesn't walk customers out to the vehicle to go over what was done , plastic still in the seat, service numbers still laying on floor and dashboard and hanging from mirror. A person can feel when your not liked just by the actions taken. And for these reasons you still get a negative one-1
