June 7th, 2024 - Everyone with 7am appointments had to wait over 1-1/2 hours before service personnel came in to work. There was no prior notice of the service personnel schedule. Service was good. Repairs were done in timely manner. No separate waiting area available, waiting area is on sales floor. Coffee is good. No vending machines for snacks.
I appreciate Jimmy's professionalism and how he was very attentive and most importantly respectful of my initial needs for my visit at the dealer.
