I went to this dealer for an oil change. It was my first time here and I was welcomed immediately by my advisor Marcell when I pulled into the service area. I was expecting a wait of about two hours but to my surprise I was only there for a little over an hour. Everything ran quickly and smoothly, I was very pleased.

My process was a little to long, close to 7 hrs? I wasnt offered any lunch? Only that they have a venting machine? Also I wasnt told about any dents, scratches on the car? I did find a few?? Also Im receiving mail from other Lenders regarding my Financing, there saying FALSE Accusations against me about my HISTORY?? I dont appreciate that? Its suppose to be PERSONAL?
