Jimmy is the best! I've been going to Universal City and Temecula the last 5 years, and moving forward Jimmy will be my preferred advisor. He was incredibly kind, helpful and informative during my service and excited to continue working with him.

The location is very convenient for me but the space is very limited. We needed to wait on the street and were worry if we block the street.

Heard a noise like something cracking when braking. Richard had them look into it but they said they couldn't find anything. He said they did an oil change and tire rotation.

Manny is very helpful and professional. He made sure the recall on my Sentra was taken car of within 30 minutes. Great service. I was in for service and inspection 3 weeks ago. Manny was also very helpful.
