Very communicative and they listen to everything question and concern I had about the car they check it and said I was corrected about my concern and they fix it. Capri was amazing and very communicative about the whole situation. Even though it’s a bit far away for me I’ll be coming back to this one

Incredible. Best hospitality ever. Immediately solved the problem. Clear communication. Capri was amazing. Priceless service….showed up Without an appointment, and they were short staffed-still made room to diagnose the problem, and even without the car check engine light on, they still diagnosed the car, found issues with the exhaust. By the time they reported the issue to me, Capri and her team had assessed it was still under warranty, they had the parts, and I’m 24 hours, my car was back up and running. I first stopped in at Nissan of Torrance while visiting the LA area last year because my Frontier started leaking a lot of oil. Marcell and the service team got me in right away and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Although I don’t live in So Cal, I still bring my Frontier to Nissan of Torrance for maintenance when I’m in the LA area because of the outstanding service they provide.
