Service Advisor-Okay Dealership- Has gone done👎🏽 in Service. Recently had oil change done wait time was over 2 hours (which I was advised) beforehand. During this time in the waiting area. The guys in the back office were cussing and locker room talking as if they were at home and not at work. I WAS VERY OFFENDED!! I don’t mind waiting cuz I expected to be delayed anyway but as she promise 2hrs and didn’t even update me I waited for 4hrs w/kid The longest waited ever in there usually im out after 2hrs. Service was excellent extra car wash is much appreciated. Thank you NISSAN
