Everyone at this dealership was very kind and very upfront and honest with every question I (and my parents) had about moving forward with the car that I knew I wanted! It was an easier process than I was annticipating and I was able to drive it off the lot day of. The team even followed up with calls to thank me for my time and I feel confident I can go back to them with whatever questions or issues I have in the future.

It just seems to take a long time for the car to be serviced. An oil change (which was not the purpose of the last visit) should not take over 2 hours. I felt fortunate to be dealing with Richard, though. Very competent

Everyone at Nissan of Torrance treats me like a VIP. Every time I walk in the dealer they greed me with my name. I never had this kind of experiences at any other car dealerships in my life.
