Ms. Bankston alway provide GREAT customer anytime I speak with her from the start of my Sale to now and she has become like a family member to me.

Last year I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altman they offered me a sentry and I didn't want it so they worked hard to get me something else and I was satisfied the customer service was great then and is great now. Everything I have call with a question the customer service has been great, every time I have had my oil changed it's been great service in a timely manner. Rod was a great salesman (we even bought him lunch) and Marcia was great and kind as well!

Went to Nissan South to purchase a car and trade in previous vehicle on June 17, 2015. Was able to purchase 2015 Nissan Sentra. All employees were awesome. Would definitely recommend Nissan South to family and friends. Experience was most definitely 10. Norma Daniel

It's real easy to get a great review when things fall into place. It's another thing to EARN a great review because when things happen and fall through the cracks, they do the right thing, seeing it through to the end (regardless what it takes). That's what Ed (the GM), Garrett (Sales Manager) and Josh (Team Leader) at Nissan South did for me! My deal was the perfect storm of what could go wrong and did. My wife and I went to Nissian South November 3, 2014 for a routine oil change on our 2011 Nissian Rogue and was approached by a sale manager in the service area waiting room asking if we wanted to refinance for lower payments. We were introduce to Dwain Nails (sales rep) to assist us. I went into Nissan South with very little hope and expectation of receiving a new car. Brandon was very attentive to my situation and listened to what I was going through, what I was looking for, and what I thought would work for my budget. He processed my information in a great and timely manner and was very respectful. He showed me MY new car, went detail by detail on the features inside the car as well as under the hood.
