I went today for my regular oilchange at 39K miles on my 2009 Altima. When I received my paper work, they marked everything for fuilds including coolant, brake, etc. with RED. I asked the service rep. Mr. Dane how come, when I had my 30K Premium service 6 months back which includes all fluid changes, all filter changes, battery services, etc. He talked to other mechanic and he returned with all GREENs. I gave a good rating for nisan south because they seem to be concerned about helping the customer stay on top of when the service is due on their vehicle and that is very important for the life of the vehicle. Nisan south is so concern that they offer a few free oil changes and there prices are ok. The friendly attitudes or great some days and other days ok. I had excellent customer service. The salesman was great and made you feel special and proud to be a customer at Nissan and a new owner of a NIssan as well. Also, I have had nothing but great performance from my 2008 Nissan Altima!
I brought my Nissan 2005 from Nissan South 6 years ago. I always use them when I need to get something done to my car. They are close to where a I live and they give excellent customer service. I would recommend them to family and friends anytime.
On April 30,2012 I contacted Nissan @ 7:50am to see if I could have my 2008 Nissan Altima service within a 2 hour window & Mr. Muhammad was very accommodating with no questions ask. I recently went to the dealership to get an oil change. Mr. Myers asked if I would like the over 60,000 mile service done on that day. I asked him how much that service would be. He gave me a quote of over $600.00 for the service, which I declined, not having $600.00 to spend on a maintenance service. They did complete my oil change in a timely manner, then I was reminded by Mr. Myers to make sure that I gave them all tens on the survey, otherwise it would be considered a failing grade, which made no sense to me.
