Came in for normal servicing before taking a trip. Was treated with utmost respect and concern. After normal service was completed the technician also informed me that the rear tires were ok but would need to be replaced at a later date.
The service department is very nice. Everyone that I have come in contact with has always been there to assist me in whatever manner needed. I use Mohammid as my service technician and he is always happy to explain what is going on with my automobile.
good experience all around, I felt comfortable when I left. I had a rental at the time that my automobile was being worked. Was not pleased with the Sentra. It feel very light weigh.
I was very impressed with how the employees at Nissan worked to get my payments affordable. There was not pressure to make quick decisions. I would proudly recommend this dealership to my family and friends
I would definitely recommend this dealership, to other family and friends. My experience with Val Zinamon, sales staff and staff was great and I know if I need the dealership again they will be there for me.
Jason , the service person was very good absolutly no complaints . The part that had to be replaced seems to be a on going problem with the a/c so I do believe there should be some compensation or lower cost for replacement for the customer. This was not normal wear or anything done on part of the owner so the replacement was caused by nissan continuing to use same type of part even though they do know there is a problem with it. That is my only complaint...
I was taking my car in for a much needed oil change. The service staff was nice greeting me and the actual service was very fast. The price was also reasonably priced. I'd go again.
Went in because my vehicle was making a terrible noise while driving down the road. Drove to the dealer immediately. Dane greeted me promptly and wrote up the ticket. He called me later once the technician, Dainton diagnosed the problem. He quoted me a price and a time that would be ready. Dane called when the vehicle was ready. I went there for my second oil change for my Rogue. They were helpful and gave me the Reward Card which I knew nothing about till I went to Nissan South. I had gone to Conyers Nissan where I purchased my Rogue for the first oil change they were not as helpful or as friendly. I am a middle age female and haven't been responsible for getting my oil changed alone before. So someone being helpful and informative is very important to me.
