I went into Nissan South with very little hope and expectation of receiving a new car. Brandon was very attentive to my situation and listened to what I was going through, what I was looking for, and what I thought would work for my budget. As I 1st time buyer, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort during the process. Friendly workers made me feel as if my small purchase (compared to most) mattered. As long as the staff continues to have the drive and what to help customers, This will be my location of the future to purchase cars. I can't say thanks enough.
I went to trade my car in I told Leo what I was looking for and what I wanted and he made it happen. He was very friendly and listen to what I wanted so great job Leo and I drive away with a 2015 Nissan altima. I was very pleased with the service and attention received at Nissan South. I just went by to check out the possibility of purchasing a used car. I meet Darlene McCoy of 102.5 and she introduced me to Willie Brown. He was so professional, patient and positive during my experience with the dealership. I drove an hour from my house after talking to Michael the internet sales about looking at used vehicle. He said that bank specialists were there so they should still be able to get us in a vehicle but when we got there they run my husbands credit and they said that his income was the problem and needed a cosigner.The sales guy was very nice but overall Im not happy.
I admit, I did not want to trade in the Nissan Quest I bought from this dealership 5 years ago but it was time for it to go. I contacted the dealership and they hooked me up with Garrett Wyatt. Garrett has to be the most patient man in the world. I was NOT easy to get in there and then once I was there I was skeptical and picky. I went today for my regular oilchange at 39K miles on my 2009 Altima. When I received my paper work, they marked everything for fuilds including coolant, brake, etc. with RED. I asked the service rep. Mr. Dane how come, when I had my 30K Premium service 6 months back which includes all fluid changes, all filter changes, battery services, etc. He talked to other mechanic and he returned with all GREENs.
