I had a nissan Rouge for 3 years my lease ended and I wanted to get a new nissan. I went to the dealership and I got the worst costumer service experience that I had in my life!!! The manager was rude they advertised a few promotion deals and didn't respect none of them. If u considering getting a nissan don't go there!!!!!
8-14 I took my Sentra in because of "Service Engine Soon" light. After 5 day's of leaving messages and not receiving call backs I picked the car up ($381). 10/14 (7 am on Mon), took the car in because of "Service Engine Soon" light. I purchased a used RAV4 from NIssan of Van Nuys in July and drove it out of state to give to my daughter. It is now October (tomorrow), and I have yet to receive a title. It has been ten weeks since the date of purchase. My daughter's temporary registration has expired. The DMV in her state tried to talk to the title clerk at this dealership. There was no response. I spent $231.00 on service. The regular list of things to be done for a 18 month inspection included a tire rotation, change cabin filter, check this & that and the service advisor told me that a brake fluid replacement was recommended. Sorry I fell for that because when I got home and looked over the car, I knew they didn't do the tire rotation. So, how likely is it that they did the brake fluid replacement or anything else for that matter. I did get a nice car wash.
I've been waiting for my registration materials for several months. I call. I email, but no one seems interested in helping. I think that I'll start tweeting the whole experience. I'll give them a couple more days. Sam Patel you are out of control.
