AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! !! Run as fast as you can and as far away as you can. My suggestion, Nissan of Mission Hills where I ended up purchasing my car. And be sure to avoid LUIS ORTIZ. Never have I ever had such a bad experience with any sales person. Ever. His sarcastic and disrespectful comments were very uncalled for. Michael Villano is the Service Director, AKA Boss and is horrible. This guy will not give any discounts, but try to re-word and trick you into thinking that he is giving massive discounts. He will try to upsell you for anything and everything, including Recalls, which benefits the dealership. He will promise to have the work done on the same day or even the next, but that won't be the case. xxxx xxxx and xxxx xxxx xxxx service! !! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Jonathan is not returning phone Jose is xxx and rude and disrespectful the manger is xxxx !!! unbelievable how they still in business!!! The vehicle they sold me was a lemon, the transmission blew within a month of me owning it, and this was a BRAND new vehicle, that I purchased with a whopping 12 miles on it from various test drives. For 34 days, they held my vehicle, in which time frame, I was obligated to pay the monthly payment and insurance coverage. For a VEHICLE I WAS NOT ABLE TO DRIVE! The dealership was absolutely no help and kept curbing me to Nissan corporate and NMAC in regards to reimbursement from time without my vehicle....and they, as well, ar... read more

"Bait and Switch" Do not lease or buy a car from these people. They baited and switched me on a new car by saying it was equipped with Serius XM Satellite Radio when it was clearly not. This is not the first time that this has happened. When I brought this to their attention their entire attitude was that it was my fault and that I should've known what the vehicle was equipped with. I have retained an auto fraud attorney and plan on suing them to get my down payment back along with money for emotional distress. Again, these ... read more

"Slow and horrible Service Dept" Horrible Horrible service dept. On 2/1 I went to go get an oil change and a battery replacement. My Appt was 7:15am...took over an hour and a half to finally see a service advisor who now tells me that their compressor was not working so service will take longer. Only if they could inform the huge line of cars flowing out to the street im sure half would have rescheduled and went with our day instead of waiting just to be told that.
