They will give you the run around. Tell you that you need to go to the dealership you bought it from. Tell you that you have problems you don't have that need repairing. Won't warrant something that is under 9000 miles , where the Nissan Dealership I purchased from did. They speak down to you and try to intimidate you in the Service Managers office when you say you'll call 1800Nissan1 with your problems with them. These guys are horrible. I went in on Monday night right before closing time to check out a 2015 370 Nismo with over 300 miles. I mentioned to your sales person that I really just wanted to see what kind of deal we can make but he persisted in a test drive or he would get into trouble. I purchased my Nissan cube from this dealer and 1. they gave it to me dirty when I went in for my free car wash to redo my paperwork it took them over 3 hours to not even touch my car. The only reason I got it back was because I told them to give it to me, 3 hours is to much of a wait for a simple car wash. My problem is with Nissan as a whole. The first car the transmission went out on a 2012 that I got in 2014 a year later. So when I brought the car in to get serviced I ended up getting a 2015 brand new. Now I am having electrical problems with a brand new car that's only 5 months old. Two cars with Nissan in a year and a half.I guess I can't complain because I signed the papers. However I just feel manipulated by the salesmen at this location. I had an appointment for 7 am and I got there 5 minutes early. The service advisor was already in his station but he was still having breakfast so I waited until he finished. It was a very cold morning and I waited until 7:15 when he finally started on my car. The service lasted for a little over an hour and when I got my car back, not only was it not washed, it was dirtier than when I brought it in. There were water marks on the windshield and on the hood when it was not even raining.
The car is excellent, but we are very unhappy about the way we were treated by one of the sales managers. He didn't explain clearly about how much exactly it's gonna cost, and we felt like we overpaid too much. When I called him inquiring about the cost after the purchase, he said "I explained everything to you and you signed the paper". We felt like we had been mislead and deceived by him. One of the sales managers there was very rude, selfish, and had ZERO customer service skills after selling me a car and me following up on an issue with it from the sale....just goes to show after this guy got his commission from my sale he cares a ZERO bit about customers and only his pocket!
Their service reps have no service excellence skills and recovery. No communication between peers. Arrogant manager. No initiative on service quality. Wrote a detailed review on nissan feedback and conplaints. Very disappointed
Had my nissan 350z roadster serviced for oil change. And coolant changed. The tech left coolant and oil all over the front of my car. Plus under the hood was a complete mess with coolant and oil splashed all over the engine. I will be waiting for a explanation. Don't know if I will be going back. Made complaint to service mgr.
