I want to share my experience as a first time Nissan buyer. I had my eyes on a Toyota Highlander and decided to test drive a Pathfinder at my local Simi Valley Nissan on 12/23. They gave me information on finance interest rates as well as rebates offered by Nissan and quoted me a sell price. I then took my family to a Discovery museum while my husband reached out to the Van Nuys Nissan nearby the museum. The sales manager, Marie, asked how she could earn our business. they steal and take advantage of people that don't have knowledge of cars charge way to much anever solve your complaints never give you what you want

Unprofessional customer service -rude, liars, did not pass messages. Unprofessional mechanics - broke windshield, while doing recall, overflowed and spilled the oil, while changing, scratches all over my car.Unprofessional management - waited for Mike Villano, the service manager, for over 30 minutes, no apology for the poor work of his mechanics. OK so these people took advantage of a senior citizen~my father in law!!!! They blatantly took advantage of his state of mind and ran off with it!!! My father in law says that Jesse was of course sugar coating everything and he did not even realize what actually happened. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY (what car sales person is?!?).. 1st time I had car serviced there it seemed okay and fair but when I went back the 2nd time to have my car serviced, I was told it would take two days and it ended up being over a week. When I finally picked up the car I was given the run around by the service manager Mike Villano stating that the bill, which I was told would be 1600.00 was now at the 1850.00 range was confirmed by his guy via a phone call. I went at this service center to fix something wrong with my car. I ended up paying for services I didn't go there for and worst, I still have the problem I had before.

Came to inquire and purchase the gtr nismo 2017. I came with a friend due to the amount of cash i had on me. I own italian luxury sports cars. When greeted by the sorry execuise of a sales men they have. There were 12 sales men hanging out on this Sunday night. When i asked jokingly about the price of the nismo i was told " its for tjose who can afford it" and walked away. When called to complain to the sales manager, they hang up on me. Mike the service Manager is horrible. Speaks to people horrible he tries to belittle people. I would never recommend this place to anyone. He wants people to listen to him but refuses to listen to what you have to say. He asked me what's wrong with you why can't you understand anything yet every word that came out of his mouth contradicted himself. Jo Ann of Service Dept called me. I called back in 20 minutes. Never heard from her. I sent an email. Never heard from her. I called today to see if complimentary oil change was still valid. Rep kept me on the phone to check then kept me waiting again for 10 minutes. I hung up. When I called back she said she had to ask Service who were busy. Never bothered telling me. I told them if I did not hear by 1:00 PM I would just go elsewhere. That gave them 3 hrs to call back.
