Ac died, called these guys and in 3 hours he was here and was gone in an hour with our ac blowing cool. Couldn't ask for better service

I had them service my ac on June 16th. The first tech could not complete the job. His reason was 4 feet of my suction line lacked insulation. I can not find any hvac tech who agrees with his diagnosis. He did charge me $180.00 to clean the outside condenser. When I looked in the unit after he left it was full of leaves and other debris. Clearly it had not been cleaned. The total bill was $562.00. I called because it was not cooling and they sent a second tech. So not impressed. I bought a whole new HVAC unit in December and have have been unable to get the AC to hold a temp during the day anywhere near the thermostat setting of 70 - It is anywhere from 78 - 72 (last night it was 73 degrees in the house at 8:00 p.m. and it was only 80 degrees outside) I am told that my unit is functioning as it should, (despite the fact my 20 year old unit was able to cool my house with no problem) and I realize I like my house cooler than most, but... my old unit could handle it and it was smaller... read more
