Easy going. Respectful. Richard was very respectful and did his part in explaining what the vehicle was about and where I could get all the information I needed after purchase. He gave me a tour as well. Hugo sold me on the warranties however they are pricey and I was told that my transmission would not be covered but Luis another fiancé manager told me today that it was covered under the warranty as long as I am keeping up with my oils changed and other Toyota care. Phenomenal Experience from Start to Finish While navigating to the dealership itself is a bit cumbersome as the roads are a bit confusing with exits and roundabout ways (that's on San Antonio and NOT the dealership), don't be deterred because the service you get supersedes what you will get elsewhere. Nice facility, friendly staff, Vehicle inventory excellent, had to send car back to make ready twice before it was clean, just purchased a new Avalon at another dealership, had the exact same issue with make ready had not seen that from a Toyota dealership in all my years of buying Toyota’s. Had appointment to purchase RAV 4 still had to wait an hour for finance to start process. Staff very friendly, asked if I was being help many times by courteous employees.
Walk In Service Event Without setting up an appointment, Tyler made it easy and quick by changing oil and then getting the required maintenance on my Camry. It was smooth and easy. Cost is always good for the services! I've never trusted anyone else with my Vehicle Maintenance!!
