Overall a good experience. Service rep Frank was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the list of additional services recommended after performing the inspection. It greatly exaggerated the maintenance really needed on my vehicle at this time. This happens every time I take my vehicle to Toyota for service, at every dealership not just North Park. I actively monitor the needed periodic maintenance, it would be helpful if you would tell me only what I really need. Thanks
