The service is always quick and I normally get my car back same day. But to be fair the only reason I rated 4 this time is because it's becoming a habit that I half to sit in the service line for 15+ mins just to drop off the vehicle. It also has been really unorganized when I come to pick up my vehicle. I've been having to track down the tech from the service dept in order to get my keys.
