"Simple" Called and spoke to Joe Hernandez about wanting to buy 2 Tacomas, went in about an hour later and he had already pull them up front for me to see them. No hassle with price; I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. Gabriel in finance also made it very easy. They were both professional and very practical. Friendly, Professional and Very Helpful I was hesitant to go in, because at another dealer they had told me that there was nothing they can do. Well Rico was so helpful and not to mention so confident that I was going to get the Vehicle. and I DID!! Jorge in finance was GREAT as well, he explained everything in a way that its understandable for anyone that is not in sales.
