I always have received excellent service for both vehicles that I have brought to get serviced at North Park Toyota! I chose and agent(Kevin Wright) that keeps my informed from start to finish. All staff that I have encountered there have always been friendly and helpful! So why would you go anywhere else to have your second most important possession taken care of!

Long wait time for a simple oil change. Sales people approaching different customers around the waiting area to upgrade or sale their current vehicle was off putting and uncomfortable. Summary of car report wasn’t provided. The service was free and for that i’m greatful and appreciative and makes me want to come back for services or maintenance but some aspects were not my favorite.
