Call do to problems with my tundra and ms Louann help us really quick took care of us and kept letting us what was going on with our truck.

Great customer service From the phone call to get service to the lady that greeted me and Vincente explaining everything and coming up to me at the end. He gave great customer service. It makes me want to come back.

The service scheduled was performed. However, when time came to leave there was some confusion on where I was to go. I asked for assistance and the individual was very helpful. Then a person very rudely interrupted stating rather rudely that they had called and they had my keys. I was the pointed in the general direction of my car. I felt this final interaction was off putting. However this is the first time I have ever felt anything but 100% pleased with the process. May be that person had a bad day
