Very courteous. My service writer kept me updated on everything they found. I will continue to use north park toyota. So, far I've bought two toyotas from npt. I've bought 17 from Southway Ford. So, if the customer service continues as I've experienced I may buy a few more toyotas and a few less Fords. Lol
