Oil change Fred Duron is an excellent service advisor explains what was done on the vehicle. Martin Flores was very helpful getting the paperwork ready for Fred because Fred was coming back from lunch
Fast and efficient I contacted NP Toyota online. Arturo was outstanding. He found what I wanted and I never looked at another car because he found exactly what I asked for. We paid cash for the Highlander so no financing was needed. Robert Robles got our paperwork together, there were mistakes on the paperwork, but we were told not to worry about it. Great Customer Service I purchased my RAV4 at a different dealership and choose to get my car serviced here because I live the customer service. Our other 2 cars were bought at North Park so we choose to stay here for car services.
Great car buying experience Everyone was vey friendly, courteous and helpful. All our questions were answered quickly and easily. The sales people were knowledgeable about the vehicles. Just wish the paperwork process was a little faster. Received follow up calls after purchase.
Change a tire Mr. Eloy did an amazing job! I went in on a Monday night close to closing. Mr. Eloy checked to see if I had coverage on my tires because I had a screw stuck on the side so I had to replace the whole thing. At first it didn’t seem as if I had coverage he made a call to verify but the department was closed. He checked the tire price for me but insured a follow up call in the morning so I can get a right answer for my warranty. He called and text me first thing in the morning. Battery replacement Martin Flores went above and beyond for me. I came in without an appointment and he took care of me right away. I will definitely recommend everyone to come see Mr. Flores. He provided excellent customer service:)
