I didn’t receive my report of what was inspected and upcoming repairs. I requested to have notes on my way out of the front brakes needed up front of what was told not written down.

Check in on drive was fast. I'm not sure if I met the service advisor, car was checked I and waited in lounge. Repairs took a bit longer than expected, but overall issues were addressed so I was happy.

Great communication on the status and process I appreciated the communication on the status of the work on my vehicle. I was was given option for payment methods as well when the insurance denied my claim for the tire which helped me very much.
