Great Experience Jose is an excellent sales person. Great personality! I would highly refer him. He took his time showing me how to use the functions on my vehicle and made sure he answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with Jose. Patrick was also very kind and pleasant. Worth the drive! I live 36 miles from the dealership but I still make the trip to ensure I get the best service! I appreciate everyone at North Park Toyota for getting me in for my 30k Mile Service even though I failed to make an appointment. While in the drive I was approached by FOUR advisors asking if I had been helped! That is unheard of! Thank you all

Exceptional Service Customer service doesn't end with the sale. After going for regular maintenance every year, the dealership and its employees are exceptional in customer service. They follow up and they keep on top of every detail that will keep you satisfied for the ownership of you car.
