New Tires Recieved great customer service from Paco Gonzalez. He helped find me the correct tires that i need for my truck. He also was quick to correct an issues that came up.

Recall Repair Received a recall notice on my truck which was something I wasn't expecting. So was happy that it was just a few simple steps to set up an appointment (which was needed ASAP) . Informed and courteous Rick Martinez was courteous and explained everything that would be done the day of my visit. He answered my questions and explained my Rav doesn't need oil change until the next maintenance. He recommended additives for the oil and gas due to the fact that I do not put a lot of miles on my car. The wait time was not long and customers sit in a comfortable area until the car is ready. The attendants, also, were courteous and attentive. All around good experience.

Superior services from David and Patrick! Great service from David. He was knowledgeable, patient and took time to explain every feature on LE vz. LE Plus model. Showed me various cars until we found the perfect Highlander for me that meet all of my needs. After the closing was complete he went the extra step in configuring the navigation and explained all of the additional safety features such as blind spot warnings. Helpful personel I lie about 50 miles from the dealership and needed to chanhe my appointment time That was not a problem at all. My service person was Alisa Lopez and he could not have been more helpful or professional. She kept me in the loop at all times.
