Very friendly staff Michael Lopez was my service advisor and he was amazing. He kept me informed of my vehicles needs and got my vehicle done quicker than I had anticipated.

Exceptional experience We purchased a new RAV4. The vehicle was parked in front ready for us to test drive. It was just what we wanted. We purchased and financed it right away.

Good experience Good fast work. Service rep was really cool, and helpful. Got an oil change and I was even advised about my next visit. I wasn’t there for even an hour when they told me my truck was done.

First-Time (emergency) Service Right before a planned long trip, I discovered a screw in my tire. I called service and asked for the best advisor and was given Michael Godina's name. I explained my situation and he was able to help me very quickly. He had the tire ordered, sent someone to pick it up, and called me when it was available. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and was able to keep all my appointments in the day and leave for my trip as scheduled. Customer needs are number one. This is the second car I have leased and just like the first time - totally satisfied with the customer service from the moment I arrived, the staff and especially the Sales Rep was just as outstanding as the first time. Old School Customer Service Mr. Fred Duron provided excellent service even though he was not my scheduled advisor for my repair. I got there at 7:05 am and my advisor was not there yet, thats when Mr. Duron asked me if he could assist me. He asked me the standard questions about my warranty and mileage and then let me know the warranty would not be verified until 8:00 am. Excellent service provided by Mr Michael Lopez Mr. Lopez provided excellent service.I had gone in to get My Rav4 serviced for 30,000 miles.He explained to me the benefits of getting the prepaid maintenance agreement.He was very knowledgeable in his explanation of the benefits.
