Our gutter repair and roof maintenance was great. However we waited a long time for our appointment and then they cancelled on us same day. Then we had to wait another several weeks. I'd still use them again but will book well in advance next time.

Several years ago I had a gutter fail and called a number of local roofers. The first to call back, the same day, was Northbay Roofing. Since then I have used them a number of times, most recently to repair a leak by my chimney. The crew showed up first thing in the morning, explained what they were going to do and were done repairing the problem in a few hours.
