I wanted to get my 25-year-old roof power-washed.l as there were mossed growing there. But I was very concerned the Spanish clay tiles would be broken. The crew of 7 led by Geno did a meticulous job washing the tiles carefully for the whole day. They also applied moss killer on the roof and cleaned up the debris. I am very satisfied with their work as my roof is sparkling clean like new now.

Prompt return of phone call for quote. Estimator was on time. Quote received same day. Realistic cost for work scope. Prompt follow up call to schedule approved work. Work scheduled within one week, work crew arrived and performed as requested, was very professional and did a GREAT job. Thank you , I highly recommend this company.

In the month of February 2024 my wife and I discovered a leak in our garage roof. I immediately called Northbay Roofing and spoke with Bianca who made arrangements for an estimator to come out to look at the roof and see how much it would cost to repair. The next day Duane Croft came out and looked at the roof. He said that the roof had a flat valley where the rain water had sat rusting the metal out.
